Where does Holben Design install synthetic turf?
We're based in the Carolinas and serve the greater Charlotte metro, the Raleigh-Durham Triangle, the Upstate of South Carolina, and projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia. See all service areas.
How much does synthetic turf installation cost?
It depends on the size of the area, site prep and base work, and the turf system you choose. Every project gets a free on-site quote — tell us about your project and we'll price it exactly, no guesswork.
How long does artificial turf last?
A quality installation typically lasts 15–20 years. What gets you to the top of that range is maintenance — brushing, infill top-offs and seam checks — which is a service we offer through maintenance plans.
Do you handle both installation and maintenance?
Yes — that's the point. We build new fields, lawns, greens and commercial spaces, and we stay on after install day with repairs and upkeep plans.
Can you repair turf that another company installed?
Absolutely. We repair and maintain turf of all ages, including fields we didn't install — worn seams, tired inlays, patchy spots and drainage issues.
Do you install putting greens and pet turf?
Yes. Custom putting greens with real break and speed are one of our specialties, and we install pet-friendly systems with proper drainage for backyards and runs.

Have a field that's seen better days?
