Putting greens — Charlotte, NC & the Carolinas

Your short game, at home.

Custom putting greens with real break and tour-style speed — designed around your yard, your game, and how you actually practice.

What makes ours different

Not a flat carpet. A real green.

Anyone can roll turf flat. We shape the base with real contours, tune the speed with infill, and cut cups where the breaks are interesting.

  • Real contours. Subtle breaks and tiers shaped into the base — putts roll like they should.
  • Tunable speed. Infill and brushing set the pace, from neighborhood-friendly to tour-fast.
  • Bunkers & tee boxes. Practice the whole short game, not just the flat stick.
  • Pairs with a lawn. Most greens go in alongside a full turf yard — one crew, one timeline.

Green questions

Before you buy.

Do backyard putting greens actually putt like real greens?
A properly built one does. We shape real contours into the base, use green-specific turf, and tune speed with infill — so putts break and roll like they should.
How much space do I need?
We've built great greens in as little as 300–400 square feet. Most backyard greens land between 500 and 1,500 square feet, but we'll design around whatever space you have.
Can you add bunkers or a tee box?
Yes — bunkers, chipping areas and tee boxes are common add-ons, and many clients pair a green with a full turf lawn in one project.
What does a putting green cost?
It depends on size, contours, and add-ons like bunkers. Tell us about your yard and we'll design it and price it — free.
