Turf maintenance & repair — Charlotte, NC & the Southeast

We fix turf. Even turf we didn't install.

Deep cleaning, power grooming, infill dressing, seam repairs, and inlay replacement — plus scheduled maintenance plans that keep a field safe and extend its life by years.

What we do

Cleaning, grooming & repairs — the full upkeep.

Turf doesn't take care of itself. This is the work that keeps it safe, clean, and playing like new.

01

Deep Cleaning

Wash-downs and debris removal that pull out the dirt, dust, and organic matter a field collects over a season.

02

Power Grooming

Mechanical brushing that stands fibers back up, evens out infill, and brings back a true, consistent playing surface.

03

Infill Dressing

Infill migrates and compacts with play. We check levels and top-dress what's been lost to restore cushion and stability.

04

Seam Repair

Lifting and split seams re-glued and secured before they become trip hazards or tear further.

05

Inlay Replacement

Worn logos, numbers, and lettering cut out and replaced with fresh, crisp inlays.

06

Patch Work

Burned, torn, or worn spots cut out and patched to blend with the surrounding turf.

Maintenance plans

Don't wait for it to break.

Scheduled visits keep small issues small — and keep your field safe, playable, and under warranty-friendly care.

  • Scheduled grooming. Power brushing that lifts fibers and redistributes infill.
  • Infill checks & top-offs. The cushion and stability your field was designed with.
  • Seam & inlay inspections. Catch lifting edges before they tear or trip someone.
  • Debris removal & deep cleans. For fields, playgrounds, and high-traffic commercial turf.

Maintenance questions

Straight answers.

How often should turf be professionally maintained?
For fields with heavy use, we recommend professional grooming and inspection at least a few times a year. Residential lawns need less — but annual checkups catch seam and infill issues early.
Can you repair turf installed by another company?
Yes. A large part of our maintenance work is on fields we didn't build — lifting seams, worn inlays, patchy areas and drainage problems.
What does a maintenance plan include?
Scheduled grooming, infill level checks and top-offs, seam and inlay inspections, debris removal and periodic deep cleaning — tailored to how hard your surface gets used.
Where do you offer maintenance?
Across our service area — the Charlotte metro, the Carolinas, and the Southeast for larger facilities.
